Rescheduling & Refund Policy

​Rescheduling Policy

Each coaching or consultation session is 60 minutes, on an agreed upon day and time, unless another arrangement is agreed to by the Client and Coach. Once session(s) have been scheduled, they are considered set appointments and Client is financially responsible for the session(s). If Client is unable to attend Client’s scheduled session, Client agrees to provide notice prior to the session’s scheduled start time. If such notice is provided, Client can make up the session by rescheduling for another time either that week, the week before or week after the originally scheduled session.

Client may also choose to forgo making up the session entirely. If Client chooses this option, Client will forfeit the session and fee paid for the session. Client may request a refund only if such request complies with the Return Policy.

Client also agrees that if Client provides notification after session start time, or Client does not provide any notification and/or fails to attend the session, Client has forfeited the session, the payment made for the session and the ability to make up the session.

In the instance where two or more sessions are forfeited, Coach and Client will discuss the situation and determine whether the coaching or consulting relationship should continue.

Refund Policy

In the instance where unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all scheduled sessions, the Client may request a refund. Client understands and agrees that:

●      All refund requests require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to a scheduled session’s start time. Sessions will not be refunded that do not adhere to this 72-hour notification requirement.

●      In the case where multiple sessions have been scheduled or a package has been purchased, only those sessions that comply with the minimum required 72-hour notification will be refunded.

●      There are no refunds for coaching and consultation sessions that have already been performed or forfeited due to notification having been provided after session start time, or notification not having been provided at all, and/or sessions where Client has failed to attend or failing to schedule a makeup session.

●      All refunds issued are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
